For the launch of BBC ONE HD on 3rd November 2010, the current set of idents received a further update. The swirl over the logo form-up is now solid red and the logo itself is better defined for HD. Unlike ITV1 HD - which has idents that include HD in the logo - BBC ONE HD's presentation is upscaled from the SD channel and no HD identifier is used.

Programme-specific idents

Edited version of the 'Strictly Come Dancing' ident that in its original form first aired in November 2010. 400 members of the public participated in this specially choreographed dance filmed at the BBC Television Centre in London. This ident is now part of the current rotation, but can usually be seen before entertainment shows such as 'So You Think You Can Dance'. The original cut can be found in here.

This ident was originally launched for the football World Cup in 2010. It has subsequently been used for other football themed programming such as 'Match of the Day'.
Regional Variations

BBC ONE Northern Ireland's edit of the Helicopter ident shows more of the original dramatic footage than the network variant. The second, slightly longer video, was broadcast before BBC ONE NI's Election 2015 programme on 7th May 2015. There was also a short form-up version shown in the third video.
