Idents for the 2016 series of 'The X Factor'. Regrettably, the idents were actually broadcast with the black bar across the top of the screen. This is the first version of the ident, broadcast at the end of August.

Mid-October, the ident was replaced with one containing the new 'The X Factor' logo, and scenes of the judges taken from the show. It was, however, originally broadcast in the completely wrong ratio. When corrected, it still had the oddly positioned black bar at the top of the screen, just like the first ident. The ident returned for the live shows of the 2017 season.
