Comedy Central : 2012 Idents
On 10th December 2010, Comedy Central in the USA unveiled its new 'C within a C' logo to replace its skyscrapers logo which had been in use since October 2000. On 1st August 2012, this new logo - developed by thelab in New York, finally made its way to the UK with a refresh of Comedy Central UK's presentation.
The videos presented here were captured from Comedy Central HD. Unfortunately, whenever the announcer speaks over an ident on HD, the background music is lost and the voice has a slight echo to it. This doesn't happen on the standard definition channel, and further down there is an example of how the idents should sound.
