As can be seen from the menu, the evening began at 8.30pm with 'Tom Jones at 70'. The BBC Cymru Wales crystal symbol (and all the other symbols and idents shown during the evening) was followed by a special 50th anniversary version of the current BBC Cymru Wales sting.

The second junction featured the 'C' symbol from the early 1970s.

The mechanics of the mirror globe symbol and mechanical clock as seen during 'Korkey's TV Gold'.

The third junction included a promo for Radio Wales over a retro slide and music, followed by the 1979-style striped '2' symbol.

Into the 80s for the fourth junction.

A firm favourite from the 1990s with the Powder ident, preceded by a striped '2' slide.

To round off the evening, the hypnotic animated 'C' caption returned to announced the film that 'follows shortly'.
