'Y Sŵn'

On 9th April 2023 - Easter Sunday - S4C broadcast 'Y Sŵn', a drama that tells the story of the battle for a television channel solely in the Welsh language, a 1979 election manifesto promise that was reneged on when Margaret Thatcher was swept to power that year.
