Devised by Bruce Dunlop and Associates in conjunction with STV's in-house creative team, this new look was launched across Scotland on 23rd March 2009. The design takes the simplicity of the triangles of the Scottish saltire and merges them with images of people and places from the breadth of Scotland to create a fresh, clean design.

In this ident, dance in all its forms is celebrated from the nightclub scene to traditional Highland dance.
