BBC TWO's 'Car' ident received a hashtag and an updated audio track to introduce the first episode of the 2016 season of 'Top Gear' on Sunday 29th May. This recording is from the second repeat showing on the following Thursday evening.

Darts
On Saturday 24th September 2016, the Professional Darts Corporation held the first round of the inaugural Champions League of Darts. Whilst the opening games were broadcast on BBC ONE, the main coverage was on BBC TWO.

Arts Programming
Originally, the following idents were used on 1st October 2016 for BBC TWO's 'Poetry Night'. Since then, they serve to introduce BBC TWO's guest-edited arts magazine shows broadcast on Saturday evenings.
The arts idents feature live-action shots interspersed with images and scenes featuring the number two or the iconic BBC TWO logo. The above ident was captured 25th March 2017.
