Beginning Saturday 17th May 2015, the BBC began showing a season of films to mark the 25th anniversary of BBC Films. BBC TWO Northern Ireland edited the 'Centenary' ident - originally used to mark 100 years of cinema - to introduce the films. Here, the ident is followed by the BBC Films opening logo.

The Centenary ident was further edited to reinstate the ident's original soundtrack, and the animation slowed.
