Discovery Science : 2012 Idents

At the end of 2012, Discovery Science refreshed its presentation with an adaptation of the idents used by its sibling channel in the USA since July 2011. The idents were created by Imaginary Forces and feature the channel's logo nicknamed 'the Morph'. The major differences to the originals are that the logo only contains the letters 'SC' rather than 'SCI', and Discovery is kept as part of the channel's full name.

The ident sees a solar system in the palm of a hand with the morph as the central star.

In Summer 2013, further additions to the set of idents were made - some are roughly edited versions of the European Discovery Science idents that have had their final second or so of animation cut off, so that they freeze early.
