'Dave - The Home of Witty Banter' was launched on Monday 15th October 2007 - the result of a complete rebrand of the former UKTV G2 channel. Originally the channel was broadcast in 4:3 aspect ratio, but at the end of January 2008 all presentation moved to 16:9 widescreen.
