On 4th September 2012, TCM in the UK launched its HD channel and refreshed presentation - as well as finally making the move to widescreen. The new look was created by Flux of Soho, London along with sister production company th1ng/th2ng in New York, and features dominant landmarks, cityscapes and visuals relevant to US movie classics.
