Forces TV - a channel produced by the Services Sound and Vision Corporation (SSVC), the independent charity that runs the British Forces Broadcasting Service for UK military personnel and their families - launched 10th June 2014. It is a military-themed channel with news, live events, features and documentaries about every aspect of the armed forces including operations, equipment, training, welfare, sport, charity fundraising and forces family life.

In mid-October 2017, the channel launched on selected Freeview transmitters and introduced a new look.

Gone are the several different idents symbolizing the various parts of the military - and in their place this single stationary logo.
