Launched on 16th October 2006 - the day after Five Life began - fiveUS is the third channel from Channel 5 Broadcasting. Its schedules comprise mainly of shows and films from the United States of America. The channel's idents all follow the same theme of a journey along highway showing various views of cities, towns, countryside and desert. Each scene is cut by a passing vehicle. Originally voiced by American accented announcers, they are now usually voiced by Five's regular British announcers.
