Christmas 2018 presentation on BBC TWO launched Saturday 1st December. It returned in 2019 on Sunday 1st December and again on Sunday 29th November 2020.

The first appearance of 'Magical' was at 8.30pm on Network and BBC TWO Wales. BBC TWO Northern Ireland and Scotland were mid-programme at that point, so that all four came together at 9pm to show 'Glamorous'.

The third ident 'Cosy' - featuring a cat's tail flicking a bauble - launched a week later on Saturday 8th December on Network (but a day earlier on BBC TWO Wales).

At 8pm on Sunday 1st December, BBC TWO Northern Ireland launched the channel's 2019 Christmas season with 'Festive' - the fourth ident in the set. Network and Scotland first aired it a few hours later at 12.35am.

In November 2020, BBC TWO was named 'Channel of the Year' at the Edinburgh Television Festival awards. To mark this, the Christmas idents have had the 'Channel of the Year' strapline added to them.
