January

The 'Love 2013' campaign got fully underway on BBC ONE having been introduced at Christmas 2012.

FOX launched at 9pm on Friday 11th January as Fox International Channels rebranded FXUK.

At 6am on Monday 14th January, ITV unveiled its new identity across all its channels.

Sky Movies OSCARs replaced Sky Movies Showcase on 11th February.

A brand new look graced 5* from the 8th March.

Travel Channel unveiled its first new look in ten years on Monday 25th March.

The BBC HD channel was replaced by BBC TWO HD at 6am on Tuesday 26th March. The only change to the presentation was different music for the idents and the loss of one of the Tent ident variations.

And back on Sky Movies, Disney Cinemagic and Sky Movies Classics ceased broadcasting on 28th March to make way for Sky Movies Disney.

Sky Arts 2 was renamed Sky Arts Rieu from 30th March to 14th April.
April

On 10th April CBS Action, CBS Drama, CBS Reality and Horror finally received the idents and presentation that had been introduced earlier in the year across Europe and the Middle East.

New channel TLC launched at 8pm on Tuesday 30th April.

Earlier the same day, Discovery Home & Health had its presentation updated. However, the launch of Discovery's TLC channel meant the demise of its Real Time and Travel & Living Channels.

On Saturday 4th May 2013, Military History was replaced by H2.

A quiet month, save for the introduction of ITV's third set of idents for its main channel.

UKTV's Drama channel launched at 8am on Monday 8th July - the first addition to UKTV's portfolio since Really went on air in May 2009.

Sky Living introduced programme-specific idents this month.

A colourful update to BBC FOUR's miscellaneous presentation in July, but no change to the idents.

Universal Channel's global refresh made its way to the UK on 5th August.

Ahead of the full launch of all five new idents on BBC THREE on 1st October, this ident snuck in for a couple of outings around the 16th September.

On Monday 30th September, Sky Living was 'de-pinked' with an updated silver logo.

Animal Planet became 'Surprisingly Human' in September.

BBC THREE said 'goodbye' to ThreeWorld and the Little People as this new set of idents took over - ready for the launch of its HD channel in December.

On the same day, Challenge introduced viewers to its new 'Challengers' characters populating its new presentation.

Eefer - a new character with an old back story - was introduced as part of E4's complete brand refresh at 6am on Thursday 31st October.

A one-off ident from 4seven for Hallowe'en was broadcast just after 00:05 on 1st November.

On Monday 4th November, A+E Networks filled the slot left vacant following the closure of .Bio with the new Lifetime.
December

On 10th December, BBC THREE, BBC FOUR and BBC NEWS all finally started broadcasting in HD. There were no significant changes to the channels' presentation, save for the addition of the 'HD' tag that fades in and out on certain presentation elements.
